3.2 Non-Refundable Items: No refunds will be provided for:

  • Account suspensions due to platform policy violations
  • Changes in advertising platform policies
  • Client-requested modifications after campaign launch
  • Service cancellations after campaign deployment

3.3 No Performance Guarantees: CloakAds does not guarantee advertising results, ROI, conversions, or any performance metrics. Our service focuses on professional campaign setup and launch, not outcome guarantees.

3.4 Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the campaign launch deadline. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Account Ownership: All advertising accounts remain the property of CloakAds.

4.2 Platform Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring their offers comply with advertising platform policies. CloakAds is not liable for account suspensions due to policy violations.

4.3 Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable except as specified in section 3. Services begin upon payment confirmation.

4.4 Account Access Policy: Direct access to advertising accounts is strictly prohibited due to privacy concerns and security requirements. Clients will not be granted login credentials or direct account access under any circumstances. However, comprehensive performance reports and spending data will be provided through secure, client-preferred methods including dashboards, reports, and regular updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloakAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
